that could make think you have outdated packages in your system

but:

jQuery is a fast, small, and feature-rich JavaScript library.

So assignign to the java stack maintainers, too. Again CC'ing the registered maintainer.

OOPS

it says "JavaScript" library... 

It is confusing, because js-jquery1 is a javascript library too, but belongs to the Development/Java group.

Anyway, reassigning.

Fixing in Mageia 7 is beyond scope.
