Confirmed here. Mga7 RC (up-to-date) You always need to click twice on Clementine's icon to get this program running. CC:

7RC It's normal as it is now set as this by default, if you want to change this you have to set the option for "Always show the main window" in Tools -> Preferences... -> Behavior -> When Clementine starts CC:

geiger.david68210 Why in the world would be set like this as a default? It makes zero sense to have Clementine pretend that it is not working unless the purpose is to not have it used. I would strongly urge that the default be to have it operational on the first click, not the second. Clementine works after the first click, if you look correctly clementine is in the systray and is usable! this is not a bug or something else. (In reply to David GEIGER from comment #5) > Clementine works after the first click, if you look correctly clementine is > in the systray and is usable! this is not a bug or something else. Well, if you use KDE Plasma, Clementine does not really appear in the systray unless you go and look for it in the Notifications, or if you set Clementine as always "visible" instead of Auto. I would strongly urge that the default be to have it > operational on the first click, not the second. Here (using Xfce now) it works on the first click, when I use it for the very first time or if the last time I started it, I closed it in the systray (right click on the icon and select "Quit"), without first closing the Clementine window. If I closed the Clementine window first, and the systray thing after that, then two clicks are needed. Maybe that is the bug? Assigning to daviddavid, because he is the de facto Clementine maintainer and because he is in KDE team. CC'ing the registered maintainer. Assignee:
