Description of problem: when installing system, if "Release notes" is displayed, the Drakconf_multiflag.png and Notepad.png icons are missing.

IINM it is only available in English, if so the following should be stripped:
  
Drakconf multiflag.png / Other languages /  Deutsch ; English ; Español ; Français
