'Kim4 kde service menu' won't work at all after install

It can't resize images.

I found how to solve.

'kim_resize' on /usr/bin/ needs kdialog on lines 36 and 39 

there is missing 'kdialog', it will be a dependence

After install 'kdialog', Kim4 works perfectly

Hi, thanks for reporting this bug.
