Description of problem:
Acer Aspire 5334 shows black screen on Xorg start on kernel version 2.6.38
Everything works fine for 2.6.36

btw same problem on Mandriva MIB build of 2.6.38

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install new kernel (2.6.38)
2. Reboot
3. Wait for computer to boot to Xorg stage
