Any call of dnf prints the error message: "Failed loading plugin: tracer"

There is no trace information shown at the end of the transaction.

Present state of installed dnf packages and message

After update to dnf-4.2.5-1.mga7
the issue is still valid. The message has changed:
"Failed loading plugin "tracer": No module named 'future'"

The actual state
In fresh installation: everything ok.
Upgraded from Mga6: Warning "The Subsieve package is not installed ... as in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24181#c1

So closing as resolved.
