Description of problem: when attempting to install via 32 Live, 32 CI, and 32 Netinstall onto Athlon xp2400+ fails with illegal instruction, core dumped.
Netinstall and CI install exits before languae selection page.
Live install fails after the first "next" button is pressed from the Install Wizard.

As discussed (extensively!) on dev@ml, this is because librsvg has been rewritten in Rust, and currently our rust package is built for i686+sse2 (pentium4).

cc'ing our rust maintainer, as that's where we would have to start fixing this.
