Bugs:

1. The Name entry in mageia-doc-mcc.desktop has a typo: MMC instead of MCC. Also it's not good grammar - we would write Mageia MCC Manual.

2. In the English versions of the manuals, the links to images are broken.

Suggestions:

1. I would suggest making the Name entry in the .desktop files even shorter, and adding a Comment entry with a more detailed description, e.g. for the MCC manual:

Name=MCC Manual
Comment=The Mageia Control Centre User Manual

(in Xfce, the Comment appears in a tool-tip when you mouse over the menu entry)

2. We need more language variants of the Name and Comment entries, so they get properly translated in the applications menu.

magiea-doc 7.3 is now released.
It solves the above problems.
I have checked that installation of only English manuals provides accessible images.
Launchers are also translated.
Thus closing
