Description of problem:

I tried a fresh install of a Mageia7-beta2 (x86_64) ISO then updated to current cauldron.

On shutdown or reboot the systemd waits more than 1 minutes and half. It seems that systemd hangs on waiting 'osspd' (that runs as a daemon) to exit, but this never happens.

I found this behaviour either inside a fresh VM installation as well as a fresh native installation. Manually killing the 'osspd' process before shutdown would let the system to correctly shutdown in just a couple of seconds.

Assigning to all packagers collectively, since the registered ossp maintainer is most likely unavailable.

CC'ing him, though

CC: (none) => mageia, marja11

The bug is still living in the current cauldron updated as of today. Could be related to systemd unit files?

Killing manually the osspd process before rebooting, won't cause the long shutdown, but reboots very quicly.

I also noticed that in other distro the osspd is not run as a daemon trough systemd unit files.
