Description of problem:
When updating kernel, personal kernel parameters in extlinux.conf are overwrited.
So default kernel parameters are hardcoded in bootloader.pm, they should be put in a file in /etc/default/ as grub's default kernel parameters, that xill permit to personalize it.

how reproducible:
update the kernel.
kernel parameters are the default ones on the new kernel entry.

extlinux is no longer used to boot raspberry pi
