Older RPM package - latest is 5.2

Is there a problem with it?
It won't get updated unless you do have an issue using it.
Mageia is NOT meant for bleeding edge stuff.

The 5.2 version is the official release version and the Mageia RPM package complains when running "there is a newer version available"

Of course, but we can't update every time a new version is released.

It seems to be a bugfix release judging by this commit:

If it's alright with you I want to make a suggestion to this report.
I'd like to mention that you could read the New Report page and especially the parts about how to make a good report and how to make a bad report before you click to add it.

If you want a newer version you could use the commandline program called alien to rebuild an rpm from Fedora or similar dists that uses rpm or better yet, you could build the program from source code.

They even have build instructions to help you out: http://davmail.sourceforge.net/build.html

I'm by no means a computer expert or a developer, but I've built a couple of programs before so I know that it IS in fact possible.
