Bug 24596

Description of problem:
Starting vim generates a lot of error messages if  vim-common and vim-minimal are installed but vim-enhanced isn't.
Probably leading with some incorrect behaviours.
So vim-minimal is not longer minimal. 
It used to work correctly but no longers do. I can't say when it start failing, maybe 2 monthes ago.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.check the installed vi packages
$ rpm -q -a |grep vim
vim-common-8.1.918-1.mga7
vim-minimal-8.1.918-1.mga7

2. start vi 
$vi
Error detected while processing /usr/share/vim/filetype.vim:

3. install vim-enhanced
# urpmi vim-enhanced 
Pour satisfaire les dépendances, les paquetages suivants vont être installés :
  Paquetage                      Version      Révision      Arch    
(média « Core Release (distrib46) »)
  lib64ruby2.5                   2.5.3        20.mga7       x86_64  
  vim-enhanced                   8.1.918      1.mga7        x86_64  
un espace additionnel de 5.5Mo sera utilisé.
2.1Mo de paquets seront récupérés.

4. start vi again, everything works as expected
