Description Doug Laidlaw 2019-03-16 00:44:00 CET
Description of problem:
Starting boinc-manager from icon fails. The BOINC client is running normally. The command line on the desktop icon has been corrected for the more common issue with "exec".

Running "boincmgr" in an Xterm without parameters, I see:

(boincmgr:32692): Gtk-ERROR **: 10:28:35.904: GTK+ 2.x symbols detected. Using GTK+ 2.x and GTK+ 3 in the same process is not supported
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
Comment 1 Jani Välimaa 2019-03-16 10:51:40 CET
Should be fixed with boinc-client-7.14.2-3.mga7.

wxGTK and GTK+3 was required when building, but wxGTK is built against GTK+2. I removed GTK+3 buildrequires to build with the same GTK version as wxGTK is built against.

Thanks, the problem has disappeared.
