Description of problem:

Koverartist was added in task obsolete before Mageia 6 was out (it's a KDE4 program that was not ported for KF5)

Nevertheless it can work with Mageia 6 which contains all its dependencies (I imported and installed its rpm from Fedora 26)

It can be built for Mageia again and removed from task obsolete
It's a leaf package without any security risk

NB a little BR for Perl was added since Fedora 27

If it still hasn't been ported to KF5 then it's dead.  You may still be able to install the package from the Mageia 5 repositories, but we won't keep dead stuff forever.
