Description of problem:
After kernel 5.0.0-1 X fails to start, this message also appears in dmesg:

[drm:amdgpu_init [amdgpu]] *ERROR* VGACON disables amdgpu kernel modesetting.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel 5.0.0-3 and later

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot. 
2. telinit 5.
3.

This issue has not appeared on a cauldron system with nVidia nor on the i915 driver.  

My video card is a Ryzen 5 2400g with Vega graphics.  

Everything works fine on 5.0.0-1.

One more thing, this is my kernel boot line:

Remove "nokmsboot" from the kernel command line.

It's only needed for nVidia proprietary drivers
