Description of problem:

certbot requires outdated package python3-acme (python3dist(acme)[== 0.31.0]) and can't be installed. The requirements for the certbot package need to be updated.

$ LANG=C urpmq --requires certbot | grep acme
python3.7dist(acme)[>= 0.29.0]
python3dist(acme)[== 0.31.0]

$ urpmq -f certbot
certbot-0.31.0-1.mga7.noarch|certbot-0.31.0-1.mga7.noarch
$ rpm -q python3-acme

This is no more the case in Mageia 9:
