Description of problem:
The file saved with a previous version of Skrooge an the new version cannot open it, producing a "wrong password". For more info see the upstream bug (in URL).
Seems, this patch need to be applied: https://cgit.kde.org/skrooge.git/commit/?id=b370575abe8d80b90e4552f1c027c9b58947a9f1

1. Save the file in an Skrooge <= 2.15
2. Try to open it in Skrooge 2.17.0

Should be fixed with skrooge-2.17.0-3.mga7!
