Description of problem:
Geany is IDE used for multiple purposes. It needs xterm to work all in-build function. Please, add at leaset 
Suggests: xterm 
or better
Requires: xterm
to SPEC and rebuild.

How reproducible:
Open something in Geany (ie. script) and press F5 to run/see, F8/9 to compile etc.

Fixed in 0.20-2.

I also splitted out -devel files so the main pkg doesn't pull tons of -devel pkg deps as they're not needed to run geany.
