Description of problem: mgaapplet does not correctly identify that online media has been added and enabled. it repeatedly displays the red question mark symbol, even after checking that on-line media is enabled.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install all DE from above .iso and reboot. login to Plasma (GDM)
2.add online media via Mageia welcome after login
3. after a while mgaapplet will report no media. 
4 check online media using the red question mark
5.check for updates sysmbol appears and then red question mark, add media
