Description of problem:
the background of some requesters suddenly turns dark gray instead of white sometimes, thus when renaming a file when saving it is hard as the text have the same color as the background and is invisible...

mageia 7 beta 1 from base iso install to latests updates :(

is that helps, the graphic card used is a Radeon HD pci-e. I don't see that bug on my another test platform (virtual machine on an i7 with Intel cpu integrated graphics)

How reproducible:
the bug shows up randomly after some times of use of software like kolourpaint or gimp (main software used on that pc.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use a radeon HD equiped pc with 7b1 + kde install
2. play with 'kolourpaint / gimp / simple scan' and save work often
3. after a while of use the bug should shows up

plain KDE Plasma, pic is from a gimp save requester but I get that bug with save requesters from Kolourpaint and others as well.

Now that I see the screenshot, I remember that I've had the same issue with Gimp in Plasma5. Funny that you don't have it with Intel Gfx, because that's what I've got ;-)

We need to check whether this occurs in other DEs than Plasma5, too. Alternatively, it could be checked whether changing the Plasma5 theme makes a difference.

Leaving the NEEDINFO keyword for that.

In Xfce, when trying to export an image, the background is dark, too, but the text on it is white and stays white, so remains readable. 

I haven't tried with a different Plasma5 theme, I was using the default theme.

Anyway, assigning to the KDE maintainers.

Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade to the latest update of their distribution, and if this issue turns out to still be reproducible in the latest update, please reopen this bug with additional information.
