Description of problem:
M7b2-Plasma   Screen splashes after loading.
I can't select any functionality in screen after it has loaded OS.
Screen keeps on flickering...

I was trying from a live system plasma-M7b2 , couldn't succeed in getting screen unblocked.
Then on install i followed the previous bus-solution.
From terminal , mcc then changed Driver-intel   to Driver-offsetting.
Now works perfect.

In above comments , are errors.
Corrections::
Live system still blinks,unable to workout. 
In installed changed Driver-intel to Driver-modsetting.
That i did by going to mcc from terminal.
That works great...
