Description of problem: Audacity mouse tool tips are correctly displayed except for playback volume slider. see attached images

How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install cinnamon DE from above .iso, reboot and login
2. invoke Audacity
3. select and playback an audio file  
4. use mouse pointer to adjust Audacity control panel playback volume

It may be (as way too often) a GTK theme bug : I can see the mouse tool-tip in Plasma 5 desktop, without any theme tweak from the default install.
