Description of problem: during playback of an audio file, Audacity control panel playback volume slider does not alter playback volume

How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install DE that includes Audacity from above.iso. reboot and login
2. playback audio file via Audacity
3. attempt to adjust audio playback level via Audacity control panel slider
