Description Thomas Andrews 2018-12-21 05:39:20 CET
Description of problem:

Mageia 7 has updated The Gimp to version 2.10, but all of the current Cauldron gimp-help packages are for Gimp 2.8.2.

Gimp 2.10 is a major upgrade, with many new features and interface changes, making the 2.8.2 help packages inadequate, especially for new users.

gimp-help is at the latest available version as far as I can see.

Looking at the extremely small size, today's nightly isn't usable

I hope they'll have something better, soon.

Anyway, already assigning to all packagers collectively, one of them (or you) will be better at seeing whether anything changed upstream, than me.

According to the changelog, this was taken care of in August 2019. Closing the bug as fixed,
