Description Lewis Smith 2018-12-10 21:05:54 CET
Description of problem:
Gnome Desktop has a 'Documents' application, which when clicked (from sidebar or the main 'menu'), spins a bit then dies. What is supposed to happen? Could it be that it starts in Systray, which is currently not there? I do not know the command to try from a console; or look for it with 'ps'.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
M7beta1 4 Dec 2018, Classic install with 5 desktops.

How reproducible:
Every attempt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the 'Documents' icon, see the non-result.
Comment 1 Lewis Smith 2018-12-10 21:20:35 CET
I have discovered the commands to launch these, and have lumped the two applications (Documents & Photos) together since the fault seems to be common.

Thank you yet again DavidG.
 gnome-documents-3.30.0-2.mga7
 gnome-photos-3.30.1-2.mga7
indeed fix the problems. Confirm the closure; @Marja: you should really have awaited a test...
