I recently switched from kernel-desktop to kernel-server (as the former lacks a memory management feature needed by podman, but that's a different topic).

Now when I suspend to RAM and then resume, the touchpad is no longer functional. The hardware key to enable/disable it does not fix it (it still works, Plasma shows that it's toggling the touchpad, but the device does not register any input). This bug does not happen with kernel-desktop 4.19.5.

`modprobe -r psmouse && modprobe psmouse` doesn't fix it either (nor shows any error).
