During installation, I choose to use en_US as the system language and a Norwegian keyboard, but when I type in my name which contains a Norwegian character, it shows a colon or semicolon instead signifying that the installer is using the US keyboard layout.

Even when I pick no_NB as system lang, the keyboard doesn't work as expected.
