kernel Intel Core i7-4790 (-HT-MCP-) Installed without problems. Had to use drakboot to identify the new kernel. Rebooted to Mate OK. Stress tests for cpu, io, disk transactions and memory ran fine. Virtualbox and networking - no problems. Everything else looks OK. Good for 64-bits. CC:

tarazed25 Intel Core i7-4790K (-HT-MCP-) Working fine here. This is the server for the NFS files. After reboot the other machines on the network picked up the connection automatically. Stress tests terminated fine. Intel Core i7-5700HQ (-HT-MCP-) Upgraded fine but there is a problem with the graphics driver. The graphics card is a twin nvidia GTX965M and at boot time the nvidia304 driver module is built. In the past it has always been the 420 series and later but that does not "take" any more. Apart from that, the desktop runs OK with nouveau. works here too, lets flush it out Keywords:
