Mageia 6, x86_64 Installed get-telegram - it appeared in the Internet menus but nothing happened when it was invoked. Updated the package. Clicked on Telegram Desktop in the menus: it downloaded Telegram, unpacked it and presented a gui. Clicked Start Messaging and tried entering a landline number - it probably needs a smartphone. The landline number is invalid apparently. Anyway, it works. CC:
