New proposal spec file
I took the liberty of building the latest version of Telegram.
However, it seems as though the created rpm does not contain mga7 in its name so it looks like it's built for all rpmbased distros.
Can anyone please fix that, please?

1 If you have any problems with get-telegram then report those. I do not plan to modify the current download script until it works as Telegram is still updated very often. Current get-telegram will get latest Telegram and install it into $HOME so that user can update it later without root permissions. |
