Description Christian Lohmaier 2018-10-27 20:32:45 CEST
Description of problem:
tweak to render elements on the desktop has been removed from Nautilus, with the version of gnome as it is in cauldron, the user needs to install an extension.

Mageia offers a few extensions in the repository, and the desktop icons one would be one that I'd use/prefer to have available from the distro.

Added gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-20.04.0-1.mga8 in Cauldron.

Might be good to recommend it somewhere, but not sure if the thing immediately actives or not. If not, maybe a recommends as part of tweak tool? In case you're a packager please do whatever makes sense :)
