Description of problem: 
Cant sideload to phone as the USB connection do not work 

Below is output from journalctl -f when connected to my phone running TWRP in sideload mode waiting for computer to connect using adb.
This is before i give the adb command.
When i try, adb fail to connect and that is not strange as the device vanishes and reappears every second...


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
System: current cauldron 64 bit
  Kernel linus 4.18.14-1.mga7 (non-linus fail to resume from suspend)
  Also heimdall and adb (android-tools) are from Mageia repo.
PC: Thinkpad T400
Phone: Samsung galaxy 2 - GT-I9100
TWRP: tried both latest and elder versions

How reproducible:
I tried another port, another cable, another version of TWRP.
I had no problem when booted phone in download mode, and i sucessfully loaded TWRP on it using heimdall. Same phone, cable, port, PC.
Also, i can use USB flash on the ports sucessfully.

Steps to Reproduce:
Connect a phone running TWRP in sideload mode, watch journalctl -f output
