1. No offence, Carl, but please read this page on how to report a bug or a cosmetic problem: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/How_to_report_a_bug_properly 2. Are you using a specific mirror to update or $MIRRORLIST? The command urpmq --list-media will show what medias you have and which you have enabled/disabled. 3. Considered switching to using $MIRRORLIST? If so, do urpmi.removemedia -a && urpmi.addmedia --distrib --mirrorlist 'http://mirrors.mageia.org/api/mageia.6.x86_64.list' in a terminal as root. 4. When that has finished, can you also in the same terminal execute: urpmi.update -a && urpmi --auto-select --auto to update? 4. What exact steps is needed to reproduce your problem? The predefined rows when you open a new report is a template for others to be able to see if this is a system error or a user error. CC:

hamnisdude It might help to add a screenshot of when your issue appears as an attachment here. Thanks Kristoffer. Hi Carl, We do indeed need more information. I have no idea, for instance, what "my rpm vendor refuses to work" means. If you find it hard to explain in English, then please ask for help in the German forums https://forums.mageia.org/de/ You can use the same username and password to log in there, as here. Kind regards, Marja CC:
