Description of problem:
When trying to encode a video with the -vcodec libvpx option, the following error occurs

Failed to initialize encoder: ABI version mismatch

The same error occurs when recording WebM/libvpx video with Simplescreenrecorder

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.0.2


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. an example encoding command: ffmpeg -i test.webm -vcodec libvpx -acodec copy test2.webm
