Description of problem:  ability to tab unavailable on export selected audio, edit meta data screens

Audacity 2.1.3

How reproducible: everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Audacity> open file. select audio> export selected audio
2.title of file is highlighted, no cursor, arrow key no effect
3.left click cursor to end of file name, modify name, add mp3, delete aiff
4.click save> Edit Meta data no cursor, triple click on title line, edit name, tab moves cursor to the tag column, next tab cursor disappears, triple click track number...

And a screenshot, as I could not reproduce : export audio, save as, add an artist, tab tab, title... all ok!

What sort of screenshot will illustrate the bug to your satisfaction?
I suppose I could take a picture of me pressing the tab key & nothing happening?
