perl-Linux-Pid, perl-RPM2, perl-Time-Piece
Comment 2 Marja Van Waes 2018-08-08 19:32:53 CEST
pterjan is rebuilding lots of perl packages for perl 5.28

This should be fixed with perl-SDL-2.548.0-2.mga7 that was pushed about an hour ago.

Yep, but frozen-bubble install still wants older perl-SDL.

I guess it needs to be rebuilt against new Perl, assigning to the maintainer.

Both frozen-bubble and perl-SDL were rebuilt on August 8 and 9.

Sounds about right, IIRC because I waited 2 hours and tried again, but core 64 bit shows
    frozen-bubble-2.212.0-31.mga7.x86_64.rpm 21M 2017-09-25 05:40
on kernel and princeton mirrors.

https://mirrors.mageia.org/status shows princeton up to date on cauldron
Sat Aug 11 11:17:30 CDT 2018 so any suggestions as to why I get the following:

# urpmi frozen-bubble
A requested package cannot be installed:
frozen-bubble-2.212.0-31.mga7.x86_64 (due to unsatisfied libperl.so.5.26()(64bit))
Continue installation anyway? (Y/n) n

on a system that is up to date update. Snippet from my get_src_rpm script:
  Looked for : libperl.so
  Using : /usr/lib64/perl5/CORE/libperl.so.5.28
  Installed rpm : perl-5.28.0-1.mga7

Indeed, the frozen-bubble build failed apparently. I'll look into it.
