Upstream Steam Linux developer released a new version of the Steam client package: https://twitter.com/Plagman2/status/1022674436221231104 with the following maintenance fixes:

- Fixes first launch failures on machines running Mesa
- Updated udev rules Vive Pro and Switch Pro controller support
- Merged community localization updates

I'm not sure yet if it fixes any of our reported Steam issues (https://bugs.mageia.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=steam) but it's worth updating anyway.

@ QA: Note that our Steam package is split in two parts, the actual nonfree `steam` package, and the core `steam-udevrules` package which contains only the udev rules for Steam devices (and is used by thirdparty applications like `sc-controller`).

Installed steam and recovered old unused account.  There did not seem to be any problem launching steam from the menu.
Enabled testing and nonfree testing and updated the packages before logging in to Steam again.  Browsed briefly.
Beyond that I would not know what to do.
I guess it is working.  The web interactions were smooth - recovered my old account name and reset password.  There is a Steam icon on the desktop now as well.

Any suggestions for a non-paying member Rémi?

Installed and tested without issues.

Don't have any steam hardware (e.g. Steam Controller, HTC Vive) so can't test the udev rules in the steam-udevrules package.

Tests included:
- Adding game using code.
- Installing game.
- Launching game.
- Playing game.
- Browsing shop.
- Installing free game.
- Launching free game.
- Playing free game.
- Checking profile.
- Checking forums.
- Installing DLC.

All worked as expected. No regressions noticed.

System: Mageia 6, x86_64, Plasma DE, LXQt DE, Intel CPU, nVidia GPU using nvidia340 proprietary driver.
