Output is definitely something else than it should. I can't reproduce the issue. Play button is grayed until I open .mp3 file and pause and stop buttons until play is pressed. Could you also paste output of rpm -qa gstreamer1.0* Seems that at least gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad is needed to have some sound output.
