Description Jeremiah Summers 2018-06-09 22:03:45 CEST
Description of problem:
When loading an image build with current cauldron via qemu-kvm the machine hardlocks (black screens and cursor stops blinking) when Xorg comes up. Rebuilding the x11-driver-video-cirrus package fixes the issue.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.5.3-8

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bootable cauldron image
2. Boot it with qemu-kvm
3. Black screen and unresponsiveness ensues
Comment 1 Jeremiah Summers 2018-06-09 22:05:23 CEST
Everything seems to work with 32bit packages and more drivers on 64bit seem to be affected then just cirrus. I think it's an ABI issue as 1.20 RC1 was what these were built against and ABI was not froze at that point.
