Steps to Reproduce:

1. installer mageia 6 xfce during the installation prompts you to create only the root password, but does not suggest creating a user's login and password. because of what after installation in the system it is impossible to enter :( do you generally check the iso images for the possibility of installing them, which you upload for downloading?
2. Why have not you installed the networkmanager component by default, as in all other Linux distributions? networkmanager is much more convenient than your utilities.

1. installer mageia 6 xfce во время установки предлагает создать только пароль root, но не предлагает создать логин и пароль пользователя. из-за чего после установки в систему невозможно войти :( вы вообще проверяете iso образы на предмет возможности их установки, которые выкладываете для загрузки? 
2. почему вы до сих пор не установили компонент networkmanager по умолчанию, как во всех других дистрибутивах линукс? networkmanager гораздо удобнее вашей утилиты.

That is weird, it should have suggested to create a user on reboot :-(

All the officially released isos are tested by many people from our QA team, we don't release isos when one of our testers hits such a problem!

Can you please tell us where you downloaded the iso?



Please try whether logging in as user "live" with no password works.

Even if that doesn't: since you did set a root password (I'm amazed that you set it during install, wasn't that after rebooting?), please switch to tty2 with ctrl+alt+F2, login as root and run:

    journalctl -ab1 > live_install.txt

and 

    journalctl -ab2 > first_reboot.txt

and attach those files to this bug report.

If they are too large to attach, then please compress them with xz

iso I downloaded here https://www.mageia.org/en/downloads/ and was extremely surprised that the Mageia-6-x86_64-DVD.iso installer is normal, and in Mageia-6-LiveDVD-Xfce-x86_64-DVD. iso stupid. 
 after reboot, I enter the desired user login and password, but neither the new password nor the root are suitable. If you do not want to create normal live iso, then do not do it 樂
and the second question is when the default network manager, which has long been used in all other distributions, will be used in the OS.

iso я скачал здесь https://www.mageia.org/ru/downloads/ и был крайне удивлен, что установщик Mageia-6-x86_64-DVD.iso нормальный, а в Mageia-6-LiveDVD-Xfce-x86_64-DVD.iso бестолковый. 😱
 после перезагрузки ввожу желаемый логин пользователя и пароль, но ни новый пароль ни root не подходят. Если вы не хотите создавать нормальные live iso, то и не делайте их 🤔
и второй вопрос, когда в ОС начнет использоваться по умолчанию нормальный network manager, который давно используется во всех других дистрибутивах?

No response. As nobody else has reported a problem like this, closing as "works for me".

If you can provide the requested information, or a detailed (step by step) set of instructions that allow this bug to be reproduced by someone elsee, feel free to reopen.
