The package that used to provide that has a new major since new x264 was pushed on April 23:

 lib64x264-devel-0.152-0.20180422.stable.1.mga7.tainted.x86_64.rpm

I suppose that means that opal3-tainted should be rebuilt against it.

Neither opal3 nor x264 have a registered maintainer, assigning to all packagers collectively and CC'ing daviddavid and zézinho
