Bug 23094

Description of problem:
After the latest update of Qt and KDE the Qt Designer no longer starts. Prior to the update it started without issue. I was able to track down what appears to be the underlying cause. It seems there's an issue with having the package skrooge-2.9.0-1.mga6 installed and Qt designer. Having these two applications installed worked fine prior to the update.
