I have the impression you don't know this wiki page https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Using_DNF Please read it :-) First of all, if you want the dnf output in English, please use: LANGUAGE=C before the command, as told at the bottom of https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Using_DNF#Short_command_variants_of_common_commands Second, when you ran "dnf repolist" you did see that the metadata were very old. That should have made you refresh them, for instance with dnf makecache or using dnf upgrade --refresh as explained here https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Using_DNF#Some_commands_to_get_started Closing this report.
