return of the command "man urpmq"

The same is true in cauldron.

It's the used translation that's way too old. I can reproduce it here (in a multi-language system) using "LANGUAGE=fr man urpmq"

Please try "LC_ALL=C man urpmq" to get the better English man page.



The string is translated in the fr.po file, I don't know why the French man page is still too old

Last time the po file was touched was 2014.

This string is for "urpmq -h". The man is a different beast.

Generally, the question is "Do we want this to be translated?" If we do then I can arrange the translation on Tx. If we do not then it would be good to remove the faulty old translation.

Correction:

urpmq's French man is a part of the man-pages-fr package which we cannot control. It should be removed from this package as it is not synced with our upstream.

Mageia 6 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2019-09-30. It is no longer 
maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug 
fix updates.

a later Mageia version.
