What we really need is a KF5 port, but it might be nice to update to 2.9.0 in the meantime. Version:

Cauldron amarok 2.9.0 is on mga7 and now amarok 2.9.70 pre-release with first Qt5/Kf5 port ready on Cauldron! So closing of this bug. CC:
