Everything is said just trying to start the app :

[jibz@jabztop ~]$ wxcam 
Fatal Error: Mismatch between the program and library build versions detected.
The library used 2.8 (no debug,Unicode,compiler with C++ ABI 1011,wx containers,compatible with 2.6),
and your program used 2.8 (no debug,Unicode,compiler with C++ ABI 1009,wx containers,compatible with 2.6).
Abandon (core dumped)

The difference :
compiler with C++ ABI 1011
compiler with C++ ABI 1009

I quess the librairy is wxgtku2.8-devel (line 24 : http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/wxcam/current/SPECS/wxcam.spec?view=markup )

Should be fixed with wxcam-1.1-10.mga7.
