___Description of problem, How reproducible, Version:
The timed screen lock do not work on three of four systems i have updated to the new Plasma5.12-QT5-KF5 stack.

It did work previous to that update.

The power saving settings do work on my laptops
(the ones you set by clicking the battery icon in system tray )

But with that shut of, and on my workstation that do not have battery, do not show that system tray icon: there is another function that should click in:

___Steps to Reproduce:
See Plasma settings -> Desktop behaviour -> Screen locking
(guessing English naming from local Swedish)

To see if it is operational try setting it to one minute, and have the power saving disabled and wait...

This keep my screen on all night unless i shut it off manually.

After updates and reboot it have started working again :)
