The string "Proceed anyway?" doesn't seem to come from util-linux itself https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/util-linux/util-linux.git/tree/po I'm wondering whehter the translation is supposed to come from another base system tool. (y,N)" comes from e2fsprogs It was fuzzy, so not used, when a translator unfuzzied it on 2017-02-19 https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/fs/ext2/e2fsprogs.git/commit/?id=c0149109e5e5d91db1a60985b5402092ed90197c Unfortunately, that was after e2fsprogs-1.43.4 was released (2017-01-31), so the string appears untranslated in e2fsprogs-1.43.4-1.mga6 Source RPM:
