Updated tools to properly handle -debugsource packages

This update provides updated tools to handle -debugsource
packages in Mageia buildsystem and with rpmlint.

Note to QA, I dont think theese really need QA testing as
such since they are tested and in production on Mageia
buildsystem and was needed to fix uploading packages since
I upgraded the infra to mga6.
