How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean Mageia-Cauldron-netinstall-nonfree-x86_64.iso
   select tainted and nonfree media,
   all package groups, Xfce display manager only

2. after reboot, install oxygen-icons5 package

3. click Wisker Menu "Mageia" icon (far left icon in top panel/systray/taskbar)
4. Select Settings->Appearance
5. Select Settings->Panel
6. In the Panel window, select Items
7. In the Appearance window, select Icons
8. Select nimbus
   Note: valid icons in Panel window
9. Select HighContrast
   Note dead icons in Panel window
